Products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase when unopened and in original packaging.Damaged products may be returned within 14 days due to product defect but we do not accept returns for user error.

If you wish to have your products shipped to you - your shipping price will be calculated for you at checkout.

YES! In salon pick up is FREE to you. You can pop in at anytime during our business hours to pick up your order.
How quickly will my order be ready?
We will try our best to have any order placed ready within the next 24 business hours. So if you place your order on a Sunday, please note your order will not be packed until we re-open on Tuesday.
