We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date when they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to assist with products that have a confirmed product defect. Returns or replacements are not available for damage caused by misuse, improper use, or other user error.

Online Orders + Shipped Purchases
We do not accept returns by mail or shipping. Eligible products purchased online and shipped to you may be returned in person at our location within 14 days of the original purchase date and must meet the return requirements above.

If you are unable to return your online purchase in store within the 14-day return window, the purchase is considered final sale.

Final Sale Items
Opened or used products, products without their original packaging, and products outside of the 14-day return window are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to have your products shipped to you - your shipping price will be calculated for you at checkout.

Please select "shipping" and then enter your information. Check to make sure your information is correct. PURE is not responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address.

YES! In salon pick up is FREE to you. You can pop in at anytime during our business hours to pick up your order.

We will try our best to have any order placed ready within the next 24 business hours. So if you place your order on a Sunday, please note your order will not be packed until we re-open on Tuesday.
